Here are just a few ways a Scentsy fundraiser can work for you. If you have additional ideas on how you want to run your fundraiser please feel free to contact me. You can also combine any of the methods I have listed below if you feel it will help your fundraising efforts.
Online Fundraiser -This method is the easiest to manage. Just get the word out about the fundraiser and direct them to my website! Your fundraiser will also be visible to all who visit my site. It is possible you will get additional sales from people who are interested in your fundraiser. Once the fundraiser is complete, I will send you a check. What could be easier!
Participants Collect Orders -This is your traditional fundraiser I provide all the basics (order forms, fliers, catalogs, posters, collection envelopes, etc...) and your team contacts prospective contributors. I will also send you with samples of all the scents for those that want to smell the different scents available. Once the fundraiser is complete, the products are purchased and shipped! (See more information about shipping options below)
Table Display with Me -Depending on your location, I or someone from my team of Scentsy consultants can come to your event and setup a display of our products. This allows your perspective contributors to see and smell all the products Scentsy has to offer.
Table Display You Can Do -Sometimes you just want to do it yourself! I can ship you a fundraiser kit that includes:
- Candle Warmer
- Candle Bar
- Room Spray
- Travel Tin
- Plug-in Candle Warmer
- Scent Sample Kit (includes a sample of all the scents Scentsy makes)
- Fliers, posters, order forms, and other needed documentation
- Pre-paid shipping label to return the kit to me
Shipping and delivery can be done in two ways:
- Each order is placed individually and is shipped directly to the contributor. Very moderate shipping to all 48 states, including HI, AK, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada.
- All orders are placed in one "party" and are shipped directly to the organizer. There is no shipping charge on these party orders (with the exception of Canada). Once you receive the product it would be the organizers responsibility to distribute the orders.
- If you're local, or use one of my consultants in your area, the consultant will receive the order, label, organize it and get it to you ready to go!
